EPS FOAM
(EPS) Expanded Polystyrene is a closed-cell foam plastic. It is primarily used for packaging and insulation. EPS has recently been used for a variety of new applications. Pre-Coated Foam uses EPS Foam to create custom displays, architectural finishing details and movie props. EPS is environmentally-safe, inert, non-toxic, and has a Class “A” flame spread rating.

Standard EPS foam weighs one pound per cubic foot, which makes it easy to transport and ideal for use on a job site or inside a studio.

dxf Files
Pre-Coated Foam uses DXF files for its creations. DXF is a file extension for a graphic image format typically used with AutoCAD (Computer Assisted Drafting) software. DXF stands for Drawing eXchange Format. Since its initial release in 1982, there have been many changes to the DXF file format specifications.
Coated Foam Shapes
Pre-Coated Foam offers coated foam moldings with a cementitious material that is extremely hard and durable when dry. It is immediately ready for installation and finishing once completely dry.
Materials
Moldings are precisely cut from virgin Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam using specially computer controlled machines. EPS is non-toxic, and is available in three standard densities: one pound, a pound and a half, and two pounds.
